RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WE WILL ALWAYS TRY OUR BEST TO HELP YOU OUT
All returns and exchanges are only valid or applicable to items that have bought from RLM Portal within the period of 3 working days with receipt. Items must be returned and exchanged must be in the same condition as it was shipped out, and in totality with all its packagings (ie. Box, dustbag, tags etc)

Returns and exchanges will only be entertained if the product sold has a defect or a fault. For sizing issues, please contact us at admin@rlmportal.com

Only store credit will be issued for Returned items. Store credit of the exact same value will be allocated to your customer account in the event of a Return, there is no refund.

For local customers, All exchanges are only to be done at the RLM Portal office, and only after the item(s) are deemed to be faulty. 

For overseas customers, Customers are responsible for their own costs of shipping and insurance in respect of any return and for all costs of shipping and insurance. 

RLM Portal holds the right to reject any returns or exchanges requests at its sole discretion.
