LOCAL SINGAPORE & OVERSEAS TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, an email with the attached tracking number for your order will be sent to you.

For local orders – we use 2 local courier companies : DPEX or TaQBin
You may track your parcel with the tracking number attached in the email on their website

Last minute changes in Shipping arrangements may cause a delay in your order delivery.

Once the package has been shipped out, please contact us if there needs to be a change in delivery address or information.

*For residential addresses, packages are usually delivered in the evening. For Office addresses, packages are usually delivered during office hours. You may request for a time-slot, however it is not possible for the courier to commit to a specific delivery time.


For overseas orders – we mainly use DHL or FedEx, so as to ensure a speedy and secure delivery to you.
